Qualifications

• End-to-end data pipelines design and delivery experience.
• Strong SQL and Python coding skills with scalable design.
• Ability to collaborate across BI, analytics, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines across ingestion, transformation, and serving layers.
• Architect scalable, reusable data pipelines balancing performance, cost, and reliability.
• Implement incremental loads, schema evolution, and data contracts for stability.
• Monitor pipelines with logging, validation, alerting, and incident response.
• Collaborate with BI, analysts, and architects to meet datasets, SLAs and reporting needs.
• Lead complex incident investigations, root-cause analysis, remediation and prevention.
• Review and improve code, pipelines, and models for quality and reuse.
• Translate requirements into technical designs with SLAs and acceptance criteria.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to standards, patterns, and best practices across the team.
