Job summary

THG, a global ecommerce group, is hiring a Data Engineer (Customer) to build and maintain data pipelines powering customer analytics across THG Beauty and THG Nutrition. You will work in the Central Functions team in Manchester, partnering with the Senior Data Engineer to deliver a robust customer data layer.

You'll write clean SQL and Python, contribute to data quality checks, and learn the CRM, acquisition, identity and marketing data flows to support analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience building data pipelines for analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Knowledge of customer data domains (CRM, acquisition, identity).
• Familiarity with data quality checks and validation.

This is one of two Data Engineer roles in the Customer domain - working closely with the Senior Data Engineer and your fellow Data Engineer to deliver a reliable, well-structured customer data layer that enables analytics across our Beauty and Nutrition businesses.
