Disguise is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and warehouses. You will empower analysts and stakeholders with clean, accessible datasets across complex data sources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and Python.
• Experience with AWS (Batch, Lambda, Glue, ECR, RDS, Redshift, S3).
• Data warehousing, star/snowflake schemas and data modelling.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Docker experience.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants (Claude).
• IaC tools such as CloudFormation.
• Power BI data integration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Develop data models and schemas in our data warehouse.
• Integrate data from APIs, internal databases, and streaming platforms.
• Monitor data quality to ensure production data accuracy and availability.
• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders and engineers on data requirements.
• Optimize data architecture and pipeline performance.
• Share best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing.
