Job summary

The University of Edinburgh is seeking a Data Engineer for CMVM / R(D)SVS – SEBI-Livestock on a full-time basis (35 hours per week). This fixed-term position runs until December 2030 and offers a competitive UE07 salary of £41,064 to £48,822 per annum.

You will lead the design and maintenance of a robust, high‑quality livestock data repository, ensuring clean, harmonised, and well-governed data that supports trusted decision‑making and AI‑ready insights.
