Frontier Resourcing LTD is seeking an experienced Data Engineer for a London-based role, focusing on impactful national security programmes. You will design and deliver complex data solutions, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to shape the technical direction.

In this role you will own design through delivery, lead architectural decisions, and mentor colleagues while remaining deeply involved in hands-on engineering and data challenges within a SME environment.

We’re working with a highly regarded specialist technology consultancy operating across Data and National Security. Despite its relatively small size, the business has built a strong reputation for technical excellence and is winning significant programmes against much larger organisations.

As part of continued growth, they are looking for experienced Data Engineer (with current UK security clearance) to play a key role in designing and delivering complex data solutions.

Our client is open to Data Engineers of all levels and clearance status.

This role will require active DV clearance

This role is onsite, 4-5 days a week in Central London

The Opportunity:

This is not a role where you will be one engineer among hundreds.

You'll work closely with customers and internal technical teams to understand complex challenges, define the right technical approach and take ownership of the solution from design through to delivery.

Depending on the programme, you may be involved in architectural decisions, technical leadership, hands‑on engineering and mentoring others.

You'll have the opportunity to engage directly with senior customer stakeholders and influence how critical data capabilities are developed.
