Qualifications

• ЗНАНИЕ GCP приветствуется, наличие знаний CI/CD, IaC, DataOps.
• Разбираетесь в мониторинге данных, качества данных иGovernance.

Responsibilities

• Строить и поддерживать конвейеры данных для загрузки, трансформации и экспорта между источниками.
• Развивать масштабируемую архитектуру данных под требования бизнеса и производительности.
• Сотрудничать с аналитиками и учёными данных для подготовки наборов данных и самостоятельной аналитики.
• Реализовать лучшие практики качества данных, тестирования, мониторинга и прослеживаемости.
• Оптимизировать рабочие процессы по производительности, затратам и масштабируемости.
• Обеспечивать безопасную обработку данных и соответствие нормам защиты.
• Документировать процессы, стандарты и развивать платформу данных и процессы инженерии.
• Обеспечивать безопасность данных и моделей, управление доступом, аудит и контроль.

Задачи

• Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and export across multiple sources and destinations.
• Develop and evolve scalable data architecture to meet business and performance requirements.
• Partner with analysts and data scientists to deliver curated, analysis-ready datasets and enable self-service analytics.
• Implement best practices for data quality, testing, monitoring, lineage, and reliability.
• Optimize workflows for performance, cost, and scalability.
• Ensure secure data handling and compliance with relevant data protection standards and internal policies.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement of the data platform and engineering processes.
• Ensure secure, compliant handling of data and models, including access controls, auditability, and governance practices.
• Build and maintain MLOps automation, including CI/CD for ML, environment management, artifact handling, and versioning.

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ Years of experience as a Data Engineer building and maintaining production-grade pipelines and datasets.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with an understanding of data structures, performance, and optimization strategies for ETL/ELT.
• Hands‑on experience with orchestration tools and distributed processing in a cloud environment.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider and deploying data solutions in the cloud.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to debug issues across data, infrastructure, pipelines, and deployments.
• Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills.
• Nice to have: Strong GCP experience, experience building incremental data ingestion pipelines, knowledge of analytical data modeling, familiarity with CI/CD, IaC, DataOps, data governance concepts, observability for data systems, and model monitoring concepts.
