About the Role

Candidate will develop and implement AIML solutions for test automation in the securities processing domain. Responsibilities include building solutions for test generation, test prioritization, defect triage and reporting, code coverage, and framework migration/setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AIML solutions for test automation.
• Generate and prioritize test cases using LLMs and generative AI.
• Manage defect triage and reporting workflows.
• Implement code coverage analysis and framework migration/setup.
• Leverage Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions focused on software testing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AIML (LLMs, generative AI, agentic AI) and Python.
• Experience with large language models such as GPT and Claude.
• Hands‑on experience with GitHub Copilot.
• Regular use of agentic AI solutions and MCPs.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment.
• Front‑end experience in React (plus).
• Hands‑on experience with libraries: NLTK, NumPy, Scikit‑learn, Pandas.
• Knowledge of AIML algorithms: Regression, Classification, Decision Trees, KNN, K‑Means.
• Experience building, training, and fine‑tuning AIML models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in data science, AIML with a focus on QA solutions.
• Understanding of lifecycle principles and QA processes.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Good grasp of SQL.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

• Deployment experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Front‑end React development.
• Knowledge of AIML algorithms and model training.
