Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Reinsurance Finance Support in Norwich with a 50% hybrid working arrangement. The role supports the Reinsurance Accounting Operations team, handling premiums, recoveries and financial transactions to ensure accurate and timely contractual commitments.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative Finance community, build expertise in reinsurance and finance operations, and contribute to process improvements while developing stakeholder relationships across Finance,

Qualifications

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
Good communication skills and experience building positive stakeholder relationships.
A proactive and curious approach, with an interest in improving processes and finding better ways of working.

Responsibilities

You'll process transactions, support payments and help maintain strong financial controls across our operations.
Work with colleagues across Finance, Underwriting, brokers and reinsurers to keep processes running smoothly.
Support financial activities across Aviva's General Insurance business.
Contribute to improvement initiatives while developing knowledge of reinsurance and finance operations.
