Job summary

RealityMine is seeking a Junior Test Engineer Intern to join the Data Products team for a paid three-month internship. You will explore mobile and desktop applications using our in-house tooling to identify, capture, and validate data points, gaining hands-on experience in testing, AI-assisted tools, and data validation.

You’ll work with experienced teammates to define what information should be captured from app sessions and ensure it is extracted reliably.

Qualifications

• Interest in software testing, QA, data analysis, or quality assurance.
• Comfortable navigating mobile and desktop apps methodically.
• Experience through education, projects, internships, or employment is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Systematically exercise applications across Android, iOS, and desktop platforms.
• Analyse application behaviour to identify where meaningful data is situated.
• Author and maintain structured data definitions using AI-assisted tooling.
• Verify output accuracy by comparing captured data against expected results.
• Maintain and update definitions as applications change and fix breakages.
• Build and manage a library of test scenarios for development and regression testing.
• Document coverage and findings clearly for the wider team.
• Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures with respect to Security, Quality and Health & Safety.
