Job summary

Worky is seeking Full Stack Engineers with a data science focus to design, build, and maintain data-driven applications and pipelines behind Zula 2.0. You will work across the full stack with emphasis on backend data processing, analytics, and machine learning workflows, hosted on AWS.

Zula 2.0 is the critical path for the team through year-end. You will design pipelines, deploy ML models, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to surface meaningful insights and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and data-science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Experience building data pipelines and handling structured/unstructured data.
• Strong SQL and database skills (relational and non-relational).
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Glue, SageMaker).
• Solid mathematical foundation: statistics, probability, linear algebra, or signal processing.
• Ability to understand and extend complex algorithms and dense business logic.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines, ETL, and backend services using Python.
• Build and maintain APIs/microservices for data products.
• Work with large-scale rail inspection datasets (ultrasonic, EM & operational).
• Deploy ML models and analyses in production environments.
• Architect and manage AWS infrastructure for data workloads.
• Collaborate with domain experts to translate requirements into solutions.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and promote continuous improvement.
