Job summary
Animal and Plant Health Agency is seeking an Assistant Compliance Analyst to join the Regulatory Affairs, Compliance and Enforcement (RACE) team. You will develop Power BI reports and semantic models, transform compliance data into actionable insights, and support evidence-based regulatory decisions.
The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality outputs while maintaining professional standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing, developing and maintaining Power BI semantic models, reports and dashboards.
- Willingness to study towards Microsoft Certification Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
- Experience analysing large datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience collating, cleansing and validating data from multiple sources to ensure quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative Power BI reports and semantic models to support RACE objectives.
- Identify trends and patterns in compliance data to inform regulatory activities.
- Source data from multiple stakeholders and ensure data quality for reporting.
- Present insights through dashboards and briefings for technical and non-technical audiences.
