The Delivery Pod lead will lead a team of data, analytics, technology and delivery resources on a broad range of data and analytics use cases. Delivery is end-to-end; from understanding the problem, designing a solution, assisting data engineers in acquiring and processing the data, ensuring the right models are built and tested, and finally overseeing the deployment into production. We need people with experience spanning technology, data, analytics and delivery who can lead multi-disciplinary global teams to deliver solutions to the business.
This change-the-bank (CTB) role requires a strong self-starter with strong change delivery skills who enjoys the challenge of delivering change within tight deadlines. Structured and organised leader with strong project management, data and business analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Management of Risk (Operational Risk / FIM requirements). A good understanding of the control requirement surrounding data handling will be advantageous in this role. Assess the operational risks as part of the analysis and implementation planning and execution in conjunction with business heads. Observation of Internal Controls (Compliance Policy / FIM requirements). Maintains client internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
