About Autism Plus

Autism Plus are a leading Yorkshire Charity supporting adults and young people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex needs.

In 1986 the Charity was created by a group of parents looking for the very best support for their children who were about to leave a specialist school. Once they reached the age of 17, they found there was little or no support. The belief set by our founding parents, to empower more people to live independent, fulfilling lives remains our focus today.

We employ over 350 people across the north of England in care support services, employment support and social enterprise businesses.

About the Role
  • Hours: 16 hours
  • Location: Sheffield

The Data Compliance Administrator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Connect to Work service by ensuring high-quality administrative processes, accurate data management and contract compliance. Working closely with the Supported Employment Coach and Service Manager, the role will provide essential support with referrals, data quality, monitoring and reporting.

This role is central to ensuring that all required information is captured, recorded and maintained in line with contractual, organisational and data protection requirements. The post holder will support the collection, checking and analysis of data to evidence outcomes, impact and performance against contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Referrals and Administrative Support
  • Act as a first point of contact for referrals into the Connect to Work service.
  • Process, record and track referrals accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for individuals supported by the service.
  • Provide administrative support to the Supported Employment Coach.
  • Support the smooth running of day-to-day administrative processes.
Data Quality and Compliance
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data entry across all systems.
  • Quality check data to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain confidential records in line with GDPR.
