A global technology and data company in the UK is looking for a Client Support Specialist to aid clients with data feeds and product functionalities. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or have relevant experience, possess strong communication skills, and preferably have a background in the financial sector. Responsibilities include addressing client enquiries, managing requests from internal teams, and investigating data issues. Familiarity with tools like SQL and Salesforce is beneficial. This is a full-time position based in Edinburgh.

As part of the broader Addepar Go-To-Market organisation the Data Client Support team is responsible for ensuring our customers receive first‑class support experience and are able to get the most value out of their data in Addepar. The Data Client Support group sits at the nexus of Addepars activity and requires daily communications with clients, data providers and other personnel across the company.
