About the Role

Join CBRE as a Data Center Shift Technician, supporting critical engineering and maintenance operations within a world‑class data centre environment. You’ll carry out preventative maintenance, respond to technical faults, and ensure seamless uptime across essential systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily inspections, planned preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs across M&E systems.
  • Monitor and respond to Building Management System (BMS) alarms.
  • Conduct building walkthroughs, record meter readings, and resolve plant or facility faults.
  • Work closely with third‑party vendors to maintain safety, compliance, and performance standards.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance and safety records while adhering to all company and regulatory procedures.
About You
  • Completed a technical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, with 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Comfortable working continental shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem‑solving, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Physically able to meet on‑site operational requirements.
