Location: Hampshire
Clearance: Valid SC and NPPV3 required
Hours: Monday Friday varied shifts between 06:00 and 23:00 participation in the on‑call rota
We are seeking a dependable Data Centre Support Engineer to support a broad client base across secure environments. You’ll work hands‑on with hardware cabling and monitoring tools to maintain resilient, well‑managed data centre operations while ensuring all activity is accurately recorded and progressed within agreed service levels.
You’ll be involved in day‑to‑day installation, maintenance and remote‑hands tasks ensuring equipment is deployed correctly, faults are addressed promptly and environments remain safe, clean and compliant. You will work closely with internal teams, third‑party providers and visiting clients, often acting as their on‑site presence in the data centre. The role also includes participation in a 24/7/365 on‑call rota for out‑of‑hours activities.
