Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join the project team in Blyth, United Kingdom. You will oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on site, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, site coordination across disciplines, and a proven track record on large-scale construction projects within the data centre or mission-critical sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in the CSA construction sector with site management focus.
• Experience managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Civil, Structural & Architectural activities across the project lifecycle.
• Lead day-to-day site operations in coordination with the project team.
• Ensure QA/QC processes align with project specs and standards.
• Coordinate schedules with Planners, PMs, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Manage subcontractor performance, progress, manpower, and meetings.
• Maintain safety documentation and attend site and planning meetings.
• Review drawings and setting out details for buildability and coordination.
• Promote a strong safety culture on site and monitor compliance.
• Support commercial management by tracking progress and variations.
• Issue progress reports and oversee snagging and handover activities.
