Qualifications
3+ years data center operations experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
