Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary data center projects from inception to completion. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and clearly communicate with executives, engineers, and cross-functional partners across the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in technical program management, construction execution, or project governance within data center environments.
Experience with field assembly manufacturing and data center execution is a plus.

Responsibilities

Facilitate specialty contractor onboarding to the FIA prescriptive model while governing tender and delivery workflows against regional rates and technical specifications.
Monitor on-site installation processes to ensure strict adherence to programmatic scope, cost, and schedule baselines.
Review and approve IFC models and Basis of Design (BOD) deviation analyses to evaluate scope, schedule, and cost impacts.
Maintain the critical components inventory list, tracking off-site manufacturing milestones to mitigate factory-to-site delivery risks.
Enforce a repeatability-first standard to reach 90% modular repeatability and shift 65% of labor off-site via prefabricated glue products, conveyances, and skids.
