A leading financial services organization in Tees Valley is seeking a Data Capture and Print Room Team Leader for a 6-month fixed term. Responsibilities include managing workloads, driving performance, and supporting team development. A Data Capture and Print Room Team Leader is sought on a fixed term basis for 6 months, based in the Darlington office.

As the Team Leader you will be responsible for managing the team's workloads, driving performance, quality and accountability that delivers outstanding service to our members and employers. You will ensure a “Member First” approach in all activities, applying operational best practice to build an effective and engaged team. You will also actively promote and champion the continuous improvement of operational processes and ways of working, always keeping the Member as the focus of all activity.
Within this role you will manage the allocation and prioritisation of work within the team, whilst supporting the recruitment and development of team members through the delivery of regular feedback and coaching, leading to the identification of training needs. Ensuring the completion of work is in a timely and high quality manner alongside adherence to regulatory and internal Railpen standards, is key for this role. The role is based predominantly on-site as one of the responsibilities will be covering print and scan room.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of successfully running an operational team within a service sector environment, ideally within financial services. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, be an effective coach and take an engaging and collaborative approach.
The successful candidate will be passionate about building effective working relationships with team members and a wider business. We are looking for a collaborative and inclusive leader who is also open and approachable. You will be comfortable in working to tight deadlines and able to switch resource and priorities at sometimes short notice.
