Arcus Search seeks an interim Data Business Analyst to support the development and improvement of its data capabilities across Investment, Finance, Operations and Technology. The role is highly business-facing, enabling you to translate needs into concrete data requirements and deliver practical data solutions.

You will apply strong SQL, data mapping and data quality skills to work with stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear data specifications and well-governed data platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst / Data BA / Business Analyst – Data
• Essential: experience within private equity, asset management, investment management or financial services
• Strong understanding of business processes, data and investment operations
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently interrogate and analyse data
• Experience translating business requirements into data specifications, user stories and business rules
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Experience across data transformation, data quality, data mapping and/or data platforms

A leading private equity investment organisation is looking to hire an experienced Interim Data Business Analyst to support the development and improvement of its data capabilities.

This is a highly business-facing role, working across Investment, Finance, Operations, Technology and Data to understand business needs, translate them into clear data requirements and help deliver practical data solutions.
