Job summary

PwC Channel Islands in Jersey is recruiting a Manager, Data Assurance within the Risk Assurance Services team. You will lead data analytics initiatives for external audits, oversee delivery of complex engagements, and collaborate with clients to enhance controls, governance and regulatory compliance.

You will work in a demanding environment, mentoring junior staff and integrating AI-enabled solutions to improve assurance outcomes and growth opportunities for the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience managing internal or external audit and assurance engagements as a data assurance specialist.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive projects forward.
• Ability to develop junior staff and work autonomously.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial services risk and analytics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional engagement teams and manage delivery timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of audit and advisory standards for technology application.
• Act as SME to design and deliver data analytic solutions for audits or consulting.
• Apply data analysis to assess ITGCs, application controls and interfaces.
• Promote use of AI and technology within Risk Assurance and client projects.
