Job summary

Agntx is hiring a Data Architect for a government modernisation programme in Leeds. The role involves designing data structures, documenting data processes and ensuring compliant data flows across benefits.

You will act as the bridge between data stakeholders, delivery teams and the central data function. The position requires data architecture skills including MDM, metadata management and event-based design, using AWS/Azure/GCP, Lucid, GitHub and GitLab.

Qualifications

• Data architecture design and modelling techniques, patterns and standards.
• Data modelling, Master Data Management, metadata management and data governance.
• Event-based architecture design including publish-subscribe and data streaming.
• Public cloud with hosting, container and networking design patterns (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• DevOps, CI/CD principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the data requirements and objectives for the modernisation across benefits.
• Identify and document data structures, data processes and systems needed.
• Ensure data flows to the right places and statutory reporting requirements are met.
• Bridge data stakeholders, delivery teams and central data function.
• Present data architecture designs to governance forums.
• Shape and support technology initiatives across the programme.
