You will shape data strategies, governance, and solution designs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes using Seriös ONE and our S1 First approach.

You will engage with clients to translate business needs into practical technology solutions, lead complex engagements, and contribute to proposals.

Formación

• Experience across data strategy, governance, architecture, analytics, AI, cloud or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to bring clarity to complex challenges.
• Experience translating business needs into practical technology or data solutions.
• Understanding of modern data technologies and cloud architecture principles.
• Experience contributing to discovery, requirements gathering and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative and consultative approach, building trusted client relationships.
• Curiosity about data, AI and emerging technologies and commitment to continuous learning.
• For senior opportunities, experience leading complex engagements and shaping architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or contribute to client discovery, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate requirements into practical strategies, roadmaps and solutions.
• Develop data strategies, governance frameworks and operating models.
• Design and review data, analytics, AI and technology solutions.
• Produce architecture artefacts and supporting documentation.
• Apply Seriös ONE and S1 First capabilities in shaping client solutions.
• Identify risks, dependencies and trade-offs balancing client needs and outcomes.
• Present recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposals, estimates and statements of work.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify long-term value.
