Job summary

Consortia is seeking a seasoned Data Modeler/Architect to lead enterprise data initiatives across Finance, CRM, and MDM. You will shape the data backbone of large-scale programmes by collaborating with architects, engineers, and analysts to deliver end-to-end data solutions.

The role requires translating business needs into scalable data structures and championing governance across cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Snowflake. Hybrid London-based work with at least a 6-month horizon.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise data modelling across domains.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and metadata management.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable data structures.
• Proficient with relational and NoSQL data stores.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Build end-to-end data lifecycle event flows aligned to logical models and systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive metadata, data dictionaries, and entity relationships.
• Translate business needs into scalable, compliant data structures.
• Champion data governance policies and standards.
• Model structured and unstructured data across relational and NoSQL databases.
• Implement data models on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Snowflake.
• Support data migration, integration, and reconciliation strategies.

What Is On Offer:

• Day rate: £600 - £700 per day
• London - 2 days in the office a week
• Minimum of 6 months
• IR35 Status: Outside IR35
