Job summary

Ormiston NEW Academy is seeking a Data and MIS Manager to lead the effective management and continual development of the academy's Management Information System (MIS), ensuring the integrity, security and accuracy of student, curriculum and assessment data.

The role supports safeguarding and data governance within a Good‑rated school with 1,088 pupils, contributing to reporting, improvement planning and collaboration across the academy.

Qualifications

  • Experience with MIS and data governance preferred.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding data and data security best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management and continual development of the academy's MIS, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and security.
  • Coordinate data reporting for student, curriculum and assessment information and support school improvement.

Ormiston NEW Academy caters for 11- to 19-year-olds, with 1,088 students on roll. We provide a vibrant learning environment with first-class facilities, and we have been graded Ofsted 'Good'.
