About ZPB
ZPB is a leading healthcare communications and strategy consultancy, working at the cutting edge of health systems with clients spanning NHS, private providers, pharma, tech and digital health. We combine data, evidence and creativity to deliver powerful stories that change how health and care are delivered.

The role
We’re looking for an ambitious, highly intelligent Analyst with AI expertise to elevate our data analysis and insight offer, driving strategy and impact through data. You’ll sit at the heart of our insight function, combining analytical rigour with curiosity and creativity. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work with colleagues across insight, strategy, and client delivery to make data tell stories, bringing clarity and direction to complex problems. You will work closely with leadership to ensure we are using AI to optimise speed, scale and outcomes for our clients, complementing the human-led insights and expertise that is core to our business. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications that require employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyse and interpret health and care datasets (NHS, pharma, public sources), using AI to accelerate insight generation and storytelling.
  • Segment markets, profile audiences, and identify growth opportunities, using advanced AI tools for rapid ideation.
  • Calculate total addressable markets, build dynamic customer and stakeholder profiles with AI personas for testing and strategy.
  • Develop health economic models and evidence-based recommendations for client strategies and market access.
  • Spot emerging trends, unmet needs, and shape new narratives from complex datasets for communication campaigns.
  • Create dashboards and data visualisations (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to bring insights to life.
  • Lead secondary market research and contribute to qualitative insight projects.
  • Present actionable insights to senior leaders and clients, supporting strategic and policy decisions.
  • Drive the evolution of ZPB’s data frameworks and AI-powered tools for scalable, rapid analysis.
About you
  • Exceptional analytical, research and AI skills.
  • Experienced in UK health data, market segmentation, audience profiling, and market sizing.
  • Proficient in health economic modelling, outcome analysis, and evidence-building.
  • Skilled in data visualisation and translating complex findings into compelling stories.
  • Advanced Excel, data cleaning, modelling, and AI-as-a-research tool.
  • Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
  • Creative problem-solver, eager to push boundaries and innovate.
Why apply?
  • Flexible, part-time position (3 days per week).
  • Hybrid working model — central London office is open Tuesday to Thursday, plus flexibility for home working. There is an expectation to be in the office for some or all of the office days to ensure team collaboration and integration.
  • Exposure to senior leaders and clients across NHS, pharma, and digital health.
  • Collaborative, high-trust culture with autonomy and scope to grow.
  • Training and mentorship from a senior team with backgrounds in NHS, public health, data, and market access.
