About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data and Exams Manager to join a dynamic school environment. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of data management, assessment tracking, and examinations processes, supporting the school’s commitment to educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Maintain accurate student records and assessment data within the school MIS system.
- Assessment & Reporting: Coordinate data collection, produce academic reports, and analyse pupil progress.
- Examinations: Oversee all aspects of internal and external examinations, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely communication with staff, students, and parents.
- Timetabling: Assist in the development and maintenance of the school timetable and registration systems.
- Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to staff on MIS and data processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in data management and familiarity with MIS systems (SIMS or similar).
- Knowledge of examination board regulations and processes.
- Ability to analyse data and produce clear, actionable reports.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
