About the Role

The Product and Pricing Master Data Manager is responsible for overseeing the governance, accuracy, and continuous improvement of product maser data across all regions and business units. This role ensures that product information is standardized, reliable, and aligned with global business processes. The position includes direct management of four team members, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and enforce global standards for Product Master Data
  • Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across PDM and ERP systems
  • Drive initiatives to improve data quality
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of data analysts
  • Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance and accountable team culture
  • Act as advisor for all product master data matters across the business
  • Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions
  • Support system upgrades and integration projects
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis on data issues and design solutions to eliminate them from our processes
  • Facilitate the downstream flow of pricing and product data to other teams and systems, understanding the impact of changes in master data on these downstream processes
  • Create ad hoc pricing and product master data reports
  • Develop and deliver training and support to ensure user competency and adoption of data standards and processes
About You
  • University degree is desirable
  • Proven experience in Product Master Data Management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and a collaborative environment
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment as we implement our new master data strategy
