Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Data Owner Associate in the Office of Regulation and Document Governance to drive AI initiative delivery, validation, and governance. You will partner with business, product, data science, and technology teams to turn ideas into well-governed solutions that manage risk and create value.

You will monitor performance with dashboards, maintain an optimization backlog, and ensure robust governance across model and product workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution across AI initiatives by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and updates.
• Define and document problem statements, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with data science, ORDG product and technology teams through discovery, prototype, validation, launch, and iteration.
• Establish structured feedback loops to route learnings to model and product partners.
• Monitor performance and adoption with dashboards and regular updates.
• Own an optimization backlog, log ideas, and track delivery through release.
• Manage control and governance requirements, track evidence, schedule reviews, and report status.
• Stay current on AI advances and safety guardrails to contribute to the roadmap.

You will work closely with business, product, data science, and technology partners to turn ideas into well-documented, well-governed solutions that improve how we work and manage risk. Job responsibilities

• Drive execution across multiple artificial intelligence initiatives by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder updates
• Define and document problem statements, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics in partnership with business leads
• Collaborate with data science, ORDG product and technology teams throughout discovery, prototyping, validation, launch, and iteration
• Establish structured feedback loops that route learnings and decisions back to model and product partners
• Monitor performance and adoption by maintaining dashboards and preparing regular updates and readouts
• Own an optimization backlog, logging ideas and issues, supporting prioritization, and tracking delivery through release

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
