We're working with a leading national training provider to recruit a Data Analytics Tutor to deliver the Level 3 Data Analyst course. Based in Exeter, this hybrid role combines remote teaching with face‑to‑face delivery, supporting adult learners as they build essential skills for the digital workplace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons both in person and online
• Lead informative induction sessions to help learners feel confident and prepared for their course
• Track learner progress and offer extra support when needed to help them stay on track
• Adapt teaching materials to suit different learning needs, including those with additional challenges
• Help shape and improve the curriculum to keep content fresh and relevant
• Assess learners' starting points and build tailored Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) with clear, achievable goals
• Give timely, constructive feedback on assessments to support learner growth

Requirements

• Hold a Level 3 or higher teaching qualification
• Comfortable delivering remote and face-to-face lessons
• Demonstrated success in delivering adult learning programmes across various subject areas
• Skilled in facilitating engaging and effective sessions through online platforms and virtual classrooms
