A major UK financial institution is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead ethical AI practices and governance. The role requires proven experience in responsible AI usage, understanding the risks of AI, and the ability to engage stakeholders. This position supports flexible working and is based in either Bristol or Halifax, offering a salary range of £65,385 to £79,195 plus benefits.

Hours 35 hours, full time
Working Pattern Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at either of the above hubs.

The Personalised Experiences and Communications (PEC) Platform is central to our Consumer Relationships BU, supporting our Group Personalisation strategy to deliver more relevant experiences for customers. As we continue to evolve our platform, we’re looking for a Responsible AI Manager to join our Data Management & Governance team.
