Data Analytics Program Consultant

Location: UK, London (on client site hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the reporting and analytics needs for the client, helping to solve key business problems using data-driven approaches
  • Act as the bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure clarity on requirements and timely delivery of impactful outputs
  • Lead and deliver business analytics initiatives and support the smooth execution of multiple projects
  • Translate business needs into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
  • Strong understanding of the telecom market is a plus

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in analytics consulting or program management in data-driven environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Background or familiarity with the telecom sector is an advantage, but not essential

Technical requirements:

  • SQL knowledge is must
  • BI knowledge is must
  • Working knowledge of statistical tools and techniques
  • Gen AI knowhow is a plus
  • Skill sets experience on Google tools (preferred but not mandatory)
    • Strong with using trix/ MS Excel and associated functionality
    • Plx and Plx scripting
    • Looker studio
    • Experience with reporting automation
  • Ability to seamlessly work with MS Excel – working knowledge of pivot table and related functions
  • Ability to derive insights from data and analysis and create presentations for client teams

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail in reporting and presentations
  • Comfortable working with tools like Excel and presentation software to summarize and share insights
  • Experience in coordinating analytics deliverables and translating technical inputs into business-friendly outputs
