Here at JELD-WEN Europe, a global organisation that produces and manufactures Doors and Doorsets, we’re looking for a Data Analytics Manager to lead our European data and analytics team, a remote role with some ad hoc attendance required onsite in the UK.
You will develop a culture of innovation in the data and analytics team leveraging new AI capabilities in our Tableau and Snowflake platforms, embedding a culture of matrix working across the individual business analytics teams and the Analytics Centre of Excellence.
You will drive value-based prioritisation and end-to-end delivery by assessing the business impact of different data, analytics & insights and product solutions and the trade-offs between customer needs, technology requirements and costs, including total cost of ownership.
You will be passionate about mentoring and inspiring agile teams, managing performance, and the goals and development of two direct reports.
We offer this role on a permanent basis, working on a mainly remote basis, a competitive salary, 25-days holiday with the opportunity to purchase up to 5 days, 7.5% pension and individual private health insurance.
