Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is recruiting a Data Analytics Manager to lead data analytics, reporting and insight capabilities across Revenue Protection and Debt Operations. You will drive operational excellence, support regulatory compliance and influence strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with SP Smart, SP Energy Networks, Regulation and senior leadership to deliver high-quality analytical solutions and measurable business value in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.

Qualifications

Through detailed analysis, you'll identify trends, opportunities and risks, helping the business improve operational performance, maximise revenue recovery and strengthen regulatory compliance.You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, including SP Smart, SP Energy Networks, Regulation and senior leadership teams, to develop innovative reporting frameworks and business improvement initiatives. You'll also oversee key regulatory reporting activities, support compliance audits, represent ScottishPower within industry forums and lead a team focused on delivering high-quality analytical solutions that create measurable business value.***What you'll bring***We're looking for an experienced analytics leader with a passion for transforming data into meaningful insight.You'll bring strong analytical capabilities and extensive experience working with complex datasets, performance reporting and business improvement initiatives.You'll be comfortable interpreting data, identifying opportunities and delivering recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.You'll also have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
