Job description

Hayward Hawk is excited to be partnering with a leading Professional Services firm who are expanding their Data Analytics team in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, strategic analytics professional to lead a growing team and drive impactful insights across the business.

The Opportunity

As Data Analytics Manager, you’ll focus on internal client delivery, leading day-to-day projects, and developing a team of analytics specialists. Your expertise will ensure high-quality outputs while shaping the reputation of the data analytics function both internally and externally.

  • Leading the delivery of data analytics projects, dashboards, and reporting for internal stakeholders
  • Designing and maintaining tools, automation solutions, and AI-based insights
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives
  • Supporting the Head of Data Analytics in client engagement, consulting, and relationship building
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members, including resourcing, training, and quality assurance
About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and visualisations (PowerBI, Excel, or similar)
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar querying tools
  • Experience in data storytelling, presenting insights to stakeholders clearly
  • Ability to delegate and manage junior team members effectively
  • Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Automate, or MS Fabric is a plus
