Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
iO-Sphere is seeking a data-focused educator for the NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Data as part of the Oxfordshire Skills Bootcamp. The role delivers online sessions with a mix of in-person days in Oxford and fosters learner progress through tailored support and assessment.
You'll mark submissions using AI-assisted flows, spot at-risk learners early, and guide them to data roles. A teaching qualification is not required initially, with funding offered to pursue AET.
You know data analysis because you've done it, and somewhere along the way you became the person who could make it land for someone else. The dashboard that finally made sense. The \"so what\" a stakeholder needed.
This role is that, for a cohort of career-changers on our Oxfordshire Skills Bootcamp. You'll deliver our NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Data over 10 weeks, mostly online plus a handful of in-person days in Oxford, and carry the cohort from first session to final submission.
We train people to do things with data and AI, not just learn about them. Learners work on real problems, including in Prism, a simulated business we built on 500 million rows of real data. 900+ people have trained with us, we're rated 4.8 on Google, and teams at PwC, BAE Systems, Dunelm, Motorway and CBRE send us their people. We're a startup, so how we coach is still evolving, and we'd want you helping shape it.
A teaching qualification isn't required. If you don't have the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), we fund it and you'll work towards it during the contract.
You can be based anywhere in the UK, as long as you can get to Oxford for the in-person days. If you're in London, you're welcome at our E1 office to work alongside the rest of the team.
A short screening call, a session with our delivery team that includes a short sample of your teaching, and a final conversation. We move quickly, as the role starts on 2 November.
