Job description

Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Data Analyst – Inter for their Richmond, VA/ McLean, VA/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Operations team in process projects in strategy in consumer bank (call centers and investigators who review transactions, prevention associates reviewing customer activity, claims associates reviewing )
• The primary project for this role is maintaining and updating a CSS/HMTL and JavaScript based app that provides a workflow process for our operational associates.
• This role will also be responsible for reports, dashboards, and data pulls based on Snowflake / SQL.
• Large volume of information supporting large number of associates under different team leaders

Requirements:

• Required Tech: SQL coding, Tableau, CSS/HTML (some), JavaScript (some)
• Team breakdown, 6 associates and 4 other contracts
