Job summary

Everway in Antrim, United Kingdom, is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that support operational, commercial and product decisions. You will join the Data Team, maintain high-quality data, develop reporting, and identify trends to empower the business.

The role requires 2+ years in data analysis, proficiency with SQL and Excel, and experience with Python or R, as well as dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, computer science or software engineering.
• 2+ years' experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel and at least one analytical programming language such as Python or R.
• Understanding of data modelling and statistical analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and works effectively with colleagues across the business.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, reliable data.
• Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience within the education technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse data from a variety of sources.
• Help maintain data quality, accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards and reports.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business questions.
• Analyse trends and patterns to generate actionable insights.
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support data-driven initiatives across the business.
