Hawk3 Talent Solutions is recruiting for a Data Analyst in Tiverton, Devon. You will analyse data related to pricing, costs and sales, transforming complex information into actionable insights that support commercial decisions and improve profitability.

This is an office-based role suitable for graduates or early-career analysts. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Finance and Manufacturing to develop reports, dashboards and tools, while performing data cleansing and automation

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with formulas, lookups and data cleansing.
• Numerical reasoning with attention to detail.
• Some Python knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL or ERP data is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of pricing, costing and sales analytics is beneficial.
• Degree or equivalent experience in data analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Extract, cleanse, validate and analyse data from business systems and Excel.
• Analyse pricing, costs, margins, discounts and sales performance.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve commercial performance.
• Produce reports, dashboards and analytical tools for decision making.
• Support data cleansing and preparation for ERP systems and Dynamics 365 BC.
• Develop and maintain Excel workbooks and reporting resources.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to understand data needs.
• Translate complex data into clear findings for stakeholders.
