Job summary

Talent Locker is seeking a Data Analyst for a Dynamics 365 ERP migration in South West London. The role requires hands-on data work from legacy AS400 systems, cleansing and transforming data for migration to Dynamics 365.

The specialist will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data quality and reliable migration, with 2–3 days onsite. This contract role aims to deliver structured data for a modern ERP platform.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and ETL skills are essential.
• Experience cleansing and transforming legacy data for migration.
• Ability to map data from AS400 to Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Experience with ERP data migrations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data held within the AS400 ERP environment.
• Extract, cleanse, map and transform legacy data for Dynamics 365 migration.
• Use SQL and ETL techniques to prepare large datasets.
• Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies and gaps ahead of migration.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define mapping requirements.
• Support migration testing, reconciliation and validation to ensure data is complete and accurate.
• Help establish repeatable migration processes ahead of the D365 implementation.
