Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decisions for our game products. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and operations teams to turn complex data into actionable insights that enhance player experience, optimize monetization, and support live operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse key user metrics such as behaviour, retention, monetization, and churn to support product improvements and live operations.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and operations teams to provide actionable data insights.
  • Design and maintain data dashboards and self-service tools to monitor the impact of game updates and identify anomalies.
  • Assist in A/B test design and analysis to validate game features, events, and monetization strategies.
  • Support the development of game data models, including user segmentation, lifetime value (LTV) prediction, and churn forecasting.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
  • Proficient in SQL (required) — capable of independently extracting, cleaning, and transforming data.
  • Strong logical thinking and data intuition — able to identify patterns and summarize key findings from complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with common data tools such as Python, R, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc., is a plus.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is preferred, with an understanding of core game metrics and gameplay mechanics.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills — able to translate data into clear and practical suggestions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
