Motive Group are supporting one of the fastest-growing fintechs globally, powering embedded finance for leading platforms.

They are expanding the Finance / Capital Markets team and looking for an exceptional Data Analyst.

You’ll turn raw portfolio and mandate data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders, automate critical monitoring, and build the models that guide capital allocation - directly shaping how they deploy hundreds of millions in financing.

What you’ll do:

• Automate & scale monitoring: Build dashboards in Tableau to track portfolio performance and risk in real time.
• Find & tell the story: Identify trends, run deep‑dive analyses, and present insights to senior executives.
• Build reliable data foundations: Design tables with data engineering to enable robust automation and reporting.
• Own mandate performance: Assess and manage the performance of underlying capital mandates.
• Model cashflows: Develop financial and cashflow models that inform capital allocation and portfolio decisions.

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in data analytics (Fintech/Finance a plus).
• Strong academic grounding (e.g. Maths, Engineering, Statistics, Computational Finance or similar).
• Hands‑on with SQL and Python (you’re comfortable going from query → model → visualisation).
• Experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools).
• dbt experience is a plus (not a must).
• Clear, confident communicator—able to tailor insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
