Responsibilities
  • Support loan completion by coordinating between internal teams, clients, and third-party stakeholders (brokers, valuers, solicitors).
  • Manage the full loan process from application to completion, ensuring all documentation and checklists are accurately completed.
  • Maintain seamless client experience through clear, proactive communication and efficient handling of queries.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and partners to facilitate smooth transactions and repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy across all documentation, adhering to internal underwriting and quality standards.
  • Educate and guide clients on the company’s processes to streamline future applications.
  • Contribute to process improvement by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting practical enhancements.
  • Work to tight deadlines without compromising quality or attention to detail.
  • Represent the business professionally at broker presentations and corporate events.
  • Support team development, acting as a mentor for new starters and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
