A leading healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking an experienced assistant psychologist to support mental health initiatives within the community. The successful candidate will engage in data analysis, delivering low-intensity psychological treatments, and monitoring client progress. This role emphasizes the importance of evidence-based practices and client empowerment in mental health support. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the ongoing improvement of mental health services in the Ealing area.
Applications are invited for a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced assistant psychologist with a background in research, audit or improvement to work with the Ealing Mental Health Integrated Network Teams (MINT) to increase, improve and embolden mental health support within the West London area. These roles will sit in the community mental health (MINT) teams across the borough of Ealing. This role will involve leading on data analysis and continuous improvement alongside supporting the delivery of care for those clients waiting for a therapeutic intervention. This role therefore requires postgraduate competencies and experience in this area. The ratio of analyst to clinical work is roughly 70:30. Before commencing in the role there will be an induction which will cover the key skills needed to undertake the role.
