Working closely with stakeholders across Business Development, Operations and Planning, you will help identify trends, opportunities and efficiencies that can contribute to the firm’s wider growth objectives. You will also play an important role in translating business requirements into practical reporting solutions and ensuring that data is presented clearly and effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded data professional who enjoys working with complex information, improving processes and using data to solve business challenges.

  • Keep up to date with developments in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting technologies and best practice.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, using data to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.
Skills & Experience

We are looking for a data-focused, analytical and commercially aware professional who can work confidently with complex datasets while understanding the wider business context behind the numbers.

You will ideally have:
  • Strong experience using data analysis and business intelligence tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Proven experience collecting, cleansing, analysing and managing data from multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Experience working with reporting processes, data workflows and process mapping.

  • The ability to work confidently with both structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Experience translating business requirements into reporting, analytics or data solutions.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • An understanding of data visualisation principles and experience working alongside dashboard developers or data visualisation specialists.
The Opportunity
  • This role would suit someone who enjoys being more than a reporting analyst. You will have the opportunity to influence how data is collected, managed, analysed and presented across the Business Development function, helping the firm make better decisions through accurate, accessible and commercially relevant insight.
