Role: Data Analyst

Location: West Wales

Salary: £42,068

We are proud to be partnered with a well-established public sector organisation who is looking to add a Data Analyst to the team to work through some exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce clear, accurate reporting and insights using internal and external data sources.
  • Develop, maintain, and promote Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
  • Manage and maintain core performance measures, ensuring KPIs are accurate, timely, and published in line with internal deadlines.
  • Champion data quality, integrity, and validation standards across all reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to understand business needs and deliver effective analysis and business intelligence.
  • Own the end-to-end data process, including collection, cleansing, validation, analysis, and presentation of data for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete required statutory and regulatory data returns.
  • Support Subject Access Requests by gathering relevant data and producing compliant documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve efficiency.
