We're looking for a talented Data Analyst to join a growing Management Information team, helping transform raw data into actionable insights that shape smarter decisions for both internal teams and clients.

The Role

As a Data Analyst, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to design, build, and deliver insightful reports and dashboards. You'll take ownership of turning complex data into meaningful narratives that guide decision-making and enhance performance.

You'll
  • Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into actionable reports and dashboards
  • Design and maintain reusable data models that bring clarity to key business metrics
  • Create visually engaging Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Analyse large, varied datasets from internal and external sources
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
What You'll Bring
  • Strong experience in Power BI, SQL, and DAX
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services and Azure Data Factory
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and working with multiple data sources (Azure, SQL, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems
  • Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment
