  • Family Help – integrated support for families to prevent crisis and keep children safely at home.
  • Multi‑Agency Child Protection Teams – bringing together social care, health, police and education professionals to deliver statutory child protection in a joined‑up way.
  • Family Group Decision Making – empowering families to shape solutions and plans for their children.
  • Improved Information Sharing and Data Systems – ensuring timely, accurate support across agencies.
  • Accurate and timely data feeds to support programme monitoring and statutory returns.
  • Performance dashboards and impact reports for boards and stakeholders.
  • Data models and visualisations that inform strategic decisions and service improvements.
  • Support for the development of shared case management systems and analytic tools.
Join our inspiring innovation programme – Help to drive change across children’s services
