Data Analyst: Deep Dive and Discovery. Tunbridge Wells (2 days a week hybrid). Permanent

Are you a highly curious, detail-oriented analyst who thrives on dissecting complex data? Do you possess an insatiable need to go the extra mile to get to the answers? If so, we want you to join our team as a Data Analyst!

We're looking for someone who doesn't just run reports, but interrogates the data, treating every anomaly as a puzzle to be solved. You'll be instrumental in transforming raw information into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

What You'll Do

• Deep Dive & Interrogation: Conduct thorough, detail-oriented analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and, most importantly, anomalies. Your mission is to understand the why behind the numbers.
• BI Tool Mastery: Leverage our key Business Intelligence (BI) tools—including Looker, Google Sheets, and Excel (specifically Pivot Tables)—to efficiently extract, transform, and visualise data.
• Insight Generation: Go the extra mile to synthesise findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that provide strategic value to the business.
• C-Suite Communication: Present complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence to C-Suite level stakeholders. You must be comfortable defending your analysis and translating technical details into business impact.
